A lighter shade of earth
Brimming with passionate
Enthusiasm,
A search for the only one,
From the golden sands, exotic
Towering over others
Tolerant, fair, and humane
Underneath your radiant smile lies
Overflowing with goodness
A beautiful soul.

I love you
A darker shade of gold
A hint of mystery and seduction
An active sun kissed radiance
Bright as the rays,
A tropical coastal life
A charming humble breed
You are a pearl of the seas
The Orient where paradise looms
Rare and profound
So inviting and warm.

I love you
With open ears I listen
As you speak differently
Coherent in your own tongue
I am quick to comprehend.
Coming from diverse origins
Our paths have crossed
More frequently and socially
A gathering of pilgrims
Tourists, gypsies and wanderers
All seeking solace
Far away from home.

I shall love you
My dreams I share with you
Hopeful of harmony
Devoid of religious divide
Where love, respect
Tolerance, and faith grows
Equally made in God’s image
With hands joined together
A future blessed and favoured 
We shall live us one
Through the sands of time.
